Great Meetup! Loved Gil's ambition in getting everyone together. All the folks who attended were outgoing and conversant. The raffle was a lot of fun. I didn't win, but it was cool to see some of the swag that folks went home with. Can't wait until the next gathering!

Thank you for having Stephan Guyenet speak at this meetup. It's good to have the "why" of eating a traditional diet as well as background on obesity. I'm sure Stephan could have shared hours of information on the topic but in the time he had his information was informative and the questions he prompted were very interesting as well. The dinner was good. I'm glad to see that catering paleo is catching on. More restaurants need to have some paleo offerings as well. The Primal Chef screening was very entertaining and fun! Thanks for sharing your work in this area. I hope you are able to get some cable channel to pick it up or perhaps Netflix. It's a great way to spread the word and I hope you continue to endeavor towards more like this.

Stephan Guyenet was a fascinating speaker and I wished he could have spoken for an hour more! The Primal Chef show was amusing and I'd LOVE to see Paleo cooking in the mainstream. The Paleo meals provided were delicious and it was so relaxing to show up to an event for once and not worry about whether I could eat the food!

Stephan's presentation and Q&A session was excellent. Food was much tastier than expected. Not sure that bean sprouts are technically Paleo (I had the beef stiff fry).

I had a great time. Thank you to the organizers. The lecture, the crowd, and the food was great. A special thanks to the venue too. You were a great host. The food from Chef by Request was good. I enjoyed tasting the openers and hearing what went into their creation. I made a point of discovering how folks had discovered this event in particular and paleo in general. There were some great stories--from black bears to medical school, from marathons to weight loss. The organizer did a great job before and during the event. I felt informed before I came, welcomed and entertained while I was there. Stephan Guyenet's lecture was as informative as the blog posts I have been reading since I discovered they existed after coverage of the Ancestral Health Symposium.
