Wish the program started about the same time it was advertised. Had to leave right after Sarah's presentation.
    Otherwise it was good.

This was my first one and really enjoyed it! Sarah was terrific as was Dr. Guyenet. Great people at my table, super nice. Lots of cross fitters. The food was amazing. Would have liked it if the food was identified and would love to get the recipe for the strawberry chicken. Thanks Gil!

I apologize if the schedule was confusing.

The way I intended it, people were to arrive between 5:00pm - 6:00pm with dinner being served at 6pm and first speaker at 6:30pm. I can see how this may have been confusing if you were expecting things to start at 5pm. I will try to word that better for next time. With the intended interpretation of the schedule, we actually stayed right on time for most activities.

The only reason this event doesn't get 4 stars is because it started an hour late. We then had to leave before it finished to get our kids.
