Focus of group is on the practice of vinyasa yoga. I have trained with David Swenson and Shiva Rea in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Styles. Sri Krisnamacharya defined vinyasa as " any cycle with a beginning, middle and end, the intelligent unfolding of a sequence in practice, life or nature. Each class focuses on a peak pose which we move tosards. Hip openers, hand balance, handstands, and so on.
