"Movement, Consciousness & Pleasure" - NYC - This Friday, March 8th - Jan Rigsby

New York Region Pathwork

Pathwork Presentation & Gathering

Three principles are essential to life:  Movement, Consciousness, and Pleasure. Overemphasis on any one element brings imbalance and disharmony.  Do you value one of these principles as more important than the others?  Most of us do!  In order to compensate for stuck places, or heal wounded aspects of our being, we may need to emphasize or focus upon the essence which is least developed.

"Without movement, life does not exist. Growing is moving; all levels of the personality must keep on moving in a natural, organic way for the live organism to function harmoniously. Union is unthinkable without movement, because it must always reach out of the confines of the self."

"Blind emotions of which one is not aware are a consequence of the lack of consciousness on the emotional level. When the movement of search, thinking, discriminating, and evaluating is not directed to those hidden areas, the movement of the emotions is off balance."

"The higher the overall development of an entity, the greater the bliss. The fuller the experience, the more harmonious must be the interplay between movement and consciousness.  Shallowness is lack of experience.”

“If harmony prevails in the living organism, the third factor blends, balances, and harmonizes. If the life organization is in disharmony with the universal laws, the three factors will become a contradiction to one another, and instead of harmonizing the whole, they will be in opposition to each other."

* Do you notice an attraction to one principle over the others?

* Does balance feel too hard to achieve?

Please join us for discussion, experiential exercises, and camaraderie.  Bring questions, doubts, even challenges!
