"Three Cosmic Principles" - NYC - This Friday, November 9th - with Jan Rigsby

New York Region Pathwork

Pathwork Presentation & Gathering

"THREE COSMIC PRINCIPLES"

Expanding - Restricting - Static

Our hearts and prayers are with all of you as we recover from the physical damage and emotional impact of last week's devastation.

This month's topic is about bringing awareness to sustaining a sense of energetic balance in our lives. We will use experiential exercises to explore our relationship to all three principles: expansion, contraction, and stasis.

Like a three-legged stool, the goal is for all three to be healthy and available - yet we often find ourselves using only one or two of the three legs, confused about why it seems so difficult to relax without falling over!

Difficult circumstances can lead us to fixate upon the principle that we have been most comfortable with. Expansion cannot be sustained without the occasional (or regular) relief of contraction, while constant contraction quickly devolves into stagnancy. And stasis doesn't have to mean stuck! It can be a place of enlightenment, an opportunity to observe and gain new perspectives.

"All three principles must work together harmoniously, must sustain, complement, and further one another if the person is harmonious. In the disharmonious person, these three principles will be at war with one another, will contradict one another. It is a principle or a part of a threefold principle, where one rhythmically and naturally follows the other. If you imagine it as a cycle, a circular motion, you will come closer to the truth. In a circle there is no beginning and no end. One is an integral part of the other." PL #55

Please join us for a brief respite from the troubles of the day, where we may explore new ideas, connect with each other on a deeply spiritual level, and refresh ourselves.
