Perhaps someone could explain a little further as to why that isn't what to do.
I know of several artists, other media though, who do have sales in their home/studio. Some are well known artist too.  So, just wondering what the drawbacks are?
BTW, since the last time I mentioned having a show I had planned to talk to a couple of people in galleries but as noted, they are booked up years ahead.
