This sounds interesting.? I live in the Long Beach area so it is no trouble for me to show up by 6 pm.? I have two Nikon cameras; D90, which is my main camera, and a D80 that I use as a backup.? I have 5 lenses, but I mainly use a Nikkor VR lens, 18 - 200mm.? The other lens on my D80 is a Nikkor 18 - 135mm.? I have used a studio with lighting, but I mainly shoot outdoors in natural light.

This Wednesday (tomorrow) night, July 1st, I'm shooting a TFCD model shoot with two models. They are both attractive and we will be doing headshots, glamour, poker themed and maybe some implied nude shots. Below is a link to Natasha and Ludmilla's photos that were given to me so I could see if I'd be willing to shoot with them.

I'm looking for a 2nd photographer who can also help assist in the set up as we will be shooting indoors using studio strobes and probably using a background and seamless. I will be supplying all the lighting, pocket wizards, backgrounds.
Once set up, you will be able to spend most of the time shooting as we will have two setups, one with the seamless and the other with a poker table and poker themed images. You must be willing to stay until the end and help break down and load up the gear.
You would need to be there in Long Beach at 6pm to help set up before the shoot at 6:30pm and it will go until whenever we feel we've got the shots. You will be required to burn a JPG CD of all the images you shot, and the models will appreciate any retouched photos you might be willing to give them.
You will be given a signed release to use the images for any non-commercial use, i.e. your portfolio, website, but you cannot sell their images.
If you are interested, please reply and tell me your camera/lenses/laptop and what experience you have shooting in studio. If you cannot be there at 6pm or if you have a bad back and cannot help load/unload please do not apply... I'm the one with the bad back, but I can still carry my fair share. I may add a 3rd photographer as with 2 models, there's still plenty of opportunity to shoot.
If you arrive late, the cost to participate in this shoot is $20.
I will be bringing Alienbees and White Lighting strobes. You are welcome to bring some props if you wish.
