Welcome, Portland Area Wine Enthusiasts!

Welcome to The Portland Area Wine Meetup Group, founded in January of 2007. Anyone of any level of experience is invited to join, whether new or you've been enjoying for years! :-) We gather in a safe, fun and friendly environment and there is no toleration of anything otherwise.

This group is focused on getting together to taste new wines, learn from each other and have fun. There are monthly tastings hosted by one of our various organizers and other events on a periodic basis. Events are held at a local wine shop, bar or venue and consists of samples of wine (of course!), appetizers and great company.

We're a group full of friendly folks, all intent on good company and enjoying good wine. If you have any ideas for future events, or would like to suggest anything at all, please feel free to contact me. See you soon at the next event.
