Birdsboro Quarry Night Rappelling- First Timers & Experienced

START TIME 7:00PM EOM around 9:30PM Meet Up at Rita's Water Ice. We'll discuss the risks during the safety briefing. Read over the release form and please print the release form found at the discussions tab on the site. Thanks. Next its a short drive to the cliffs. Then you'll review and inspect the equipment needed for the evenings adventure. We'll build the adventure first hiking to the cliffs by crossing wire bridges. Then the swiss seat class, belay and safety training. Time for rappelling about 3X day time and 2X - 3X night time on the low cliff then its a hike back and equipment turn in.

This is step by step instruction for basic rappelling.

Bring water, snacks, bug spray, sun block and wear a hat too.
