Perplexed Parents is a discussion group for secular parents who would like to explore how to raise children outside of religious institutions. This group will address issues such as:

* Dealing with grandparents and the expectations of extended families
* Giving children confidence when "everyone" else belongs to something religious and they do not

Junior Investigators Club is a group for families and their children from ages 6-12 to explore a range of interesting science topics and learn about skepticism, critical thinking skills, and humanist values.

These events are organized by the Center for Inquiry, DC (http://www.centerforinquiry.net/DC).
