I'm really looking forward to having a chance to re-viewing the presentations and picking up some of the resources cited.

Anyone who wishes to get my "Middle East Myths" in advance of a Skepticamp roundup is welcome to jot me an email.

Amanda, it's still confusing. Until I read your post, I didn't know we had to register online to attend, other than RSVPing on Meetup, where there are plenty of openings. It was clear that online registration was necessary to present, but not just to attend. Now, the Wiki site says, "Registration to talk and attend is now closed," with no waiting list, etc. And there are other Meetup members who RSVP'd "Yes" here who do not appear on the Wiki attendee list. So, now what?

Ken: Show up, we'll make room for you.

I had a death in the family so I can't attend now -- for anyone who wait listed themselves you can replace my name with yours! I think I was spot 41?

Is it too late to register to give a presentation? ("Myths of Saudi Arabia")

Jim, There was an open speaking slot. I went to the Wiki Page and signed you up in that slot. You are scheduled for 11:35 am. Check the Wiki page to make sure I entered your name and the name of your talk correctly.

I was curious, is there any plan to do a video recording of the event. I'd like to be able to post my talk on my blog afterwords possibly so I was wondering.

Yes, we will be recording (and, with any luck, streaming) the proceedings.

      Oooh, I feel important now.
