NPPF is about photography. We are a group of dedicated photographers that are passionate about learning & teaching photography. Our goal is to help one another develop & fine tune our photographic skills, while growing a global community of photographers of all skill levels. To reach this goal we offer 30 or more Meetups every month to fit different needs, work schedules & skill levels. Weekly Photowalks present unique photo opportunities at regional & local attractions. One of the major aspects of NPPF that leads to it's success is the strong fellowship that is present at every event. Whether it's conversation at a Coffee & Photography Meetup, Nikon owner helping Canon owner, or two new friends enjoying a beer while waiting for the sun to set at Brews & Views, the friendship, fellowship and true caring for one another is evident. Jeff can often be heard saying "laughter will be heard and learning will occur," which really sums up the atmosphere at all NPPF events.

NPPF is dedicated to providing the very best photographic educational experience in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Jeff Donald, NPPF Organizer, is a former instructor at Montana State University and taught for 5 years at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. In fact, Jeff started the Digital Photography Program at DFAC and during his tenure taught more than 1,000 students. Jeff started the very first computer lab at DFAC and started all their computer based photography and software based classes, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Elements. Jeff's vast educational experience and rapport with students of all ages make him the ideal instructor for the majority of NPPF's monthly Photo Classes, Understanding Series of Workshops and leads all the travel location workshops, such as the Maine Fall Colors Workshop and upcoming workshops in Yellowstone National Park and Photo Safari to East Africa.

In between Jeff's two teaching experiences he worked as a photographer and videographer working with numerous Fortune 500 companies including Proctor & Gamble, Ford Motor Co., Kroger Co., Federated Department Stores, Johnson and Johnson, IBM, Apple Computer and Xerox. His assignments varied from corporate portraiture to annual reports and carried him to many international destinations. His video productions have won numerous national and international awards. He is a Certified Photographic Counselor and a Member of the Society of Photofinishing Engineers.
