WE ARE A CASUAL GROUP THAT GETS TOGETHER FOR WEEKLY PICK UP GAMES WITH EMPHASIS ON FUN!!
**PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES LINK ON THE ABOUT US SECTION AND AGREE TO THEM BEFORE REQUESTING MEMBERSHIP.**
Please donate $2 per game for Outdoor games to keep this meetup running without a hitch. We need to pay the costs of members on the Meetup.com website, and the upkeep of our equipment. If you are part of the Indoor games, price will be posted on the venue schedule.
By requesting membership and taking part in group activities you hereby are agreeing to the rules and regulation of the meetup. In addition, you acknowledge you are volunteering to play at your own self will and at your own risk. Neither organizer nor assistant organizers are responsible for any injuries or mishaps while partaking in the games. We will not tolerate fighting and NO SLIDE TACKLING.
NEW REGISTRATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY ORGANIZERS DEPENDING ON AVAILABLE PLAYER SLOTS.
FAQs
What kind of field do we play on?
Our regular games take place on a full-size grass soccer field with small dirt patches. We do have full-size goals and nets.
What kind of foot-wear should I bring?
We recommend cleats but turf shoes and sneakers will work.
Do I need to bring a specific color shirt?
No, we will provide you with clean practice jerseys.
Where do you play?
Locations are placed on each venue with address and a map image.
What time do we play?
Time is placed on venues as they are created. Usually Sunday afternoons.
What Level of play is this group?
All Levels are welcome. We are variety of beginners/intermediate/some experience
What if it’s raining?
The group tends to play in all conditions (We are a dedicated bunch). If you do not receive notification that the game is cancelled, then it’s GAME ON!
RSVP RULES
How many members are allowed to play?
The meetup invite will reflect the amount of available spots.
How does the automatic wait-list work?
If all spots are taken for a specific meetup invite, you have the option to add your name to the wait-list. If a member who has RSVP’d drops out last minute, the person at the top of the waiting list will be placed on the CONFIRMED RSVP. Make sure to keep an eye out for last minute RSVP changes.
Can I show up if I am on the waiting list?
It is NOT recommended for you to show up! We will have a sign-in sheet for confirmed members and we will not form a 4th team or play with substitutes.
Can I RSVP for a guest?
At this time we are not accepting guest RSVPs. If you wish to bring a guest to play they must sign up.
Can I RSVP for an existing member of the group? Accounts with multiple users
No, we understand certain members may use one account to RSVP for several members such as (spouse, child, or friend). We will require every player to create an account. If the member was unable to RSVP in time but there significant other did, he/she will have to substitute with their guest.
Can I bring a guest to watch?
Yes, you may bring guests to watch you play. Guests watching do not require signing up or RSVP.
What if I RSVP and don’t show up?
We will be taking attendance at every venue, if you RSVP yes and did not show up, you will be suspended for the next match andwill not be able to play. In order to avoid this, make sure to update your RSVP status.
I use to show up without RSVP, will I still be able to play?
No. To keep our games fun and organized it will be important for everyone to use the RSVP list. If you are not on the RSVP list you will not be able to play.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY MEMBER. IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.
REGISTRATION FOR MEETUP’S WILL OPEN AT 9:00PM ON SUNDAY’S FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK’S GAME. THIS UNIFORMED APPROACH ALLOWS EACH MEMBER A FAIR AND EQUAL CHANCE OF SECURING A SPOT AT THE NEXT GAME.
