Welcome to the Pikes Peak Skeptics Society!
We promote science, reason, and critical thinking. We support the teaching of science, especially evolutionary biology, and critical thinking in public schools. We promote science-based medicine as the standard for health care. In addition, we have a committee to evaluate claims of the paranormal. Our goal is to minimize damages caused by irrational thinking and erroneous beliefs.
Join us for our monthly Drinking Skeptically, where we meet at a pub and socialize. We also have monthly discussion groups, socials, and often have speakers.

Drinking Skeptically is an informal social event designed to promote fellowship and networking among skeptics, critical-thinkers, and like-minded individuals.
Drinking Skeptically provides an opportunity for skeptics to talk, share ideas (and yes, drink) in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. We discuss the issues of the day and whatever else is on our minds. Most of all this event is about having fun. Read more
