We meet for a one hour Pilates mat class. In addition to exercise we discuss current topics in health and nutrition. This is a small group. Everyone is very supportive and kind. You do not have to be knowledgeable or experienced in Pilates to get a good workout. You do not have to be in great shape to get a great workout. I have everything you need at the studio; mats, water - just bring yourself:) The classes are $15 if you want to come as a "drop in" or you can buy 6 sessions for $72.
