This Meetup is a place for citizens to discover, report and attend attend townhall meetings held by elected officials in the US Senate and House of Representatives concerning Senate Bill "Protect IP Act" or PIPA and the "Stop Online Piracy Act," or "SOPA." As the Senate will take action on the bill January 23rd and 24th, our priority is to connect Senators with their constituents. 

If you want to attend a townhall, but we do not yet have any town-halls listed please contact us at pk @ publicknowledge dot org. There is no centralized source for this information and we are working on contacting each Senator's office one by one.  If you are able to contribute to our effort, please contact you Senator's office. Tell them you are a constituent and that you would like to be informed of the Senator's next public event.
