The NYC Podcasting Association Meetup has been taking place since March of 2005 and is often described as the 'Inside the Actor's Studio of Podcasting'. The Meetup is usually pretty informal, with a speaker talking about a subject related to podcasting for the first 30 minutes to 1 hour and then an informal networking event after. You always learn something new and it is always a lot of fun. The speakers seem to enjoy themselves too and asking questions during the event is encouraged. Our members range from the newest of the new to experienced professionals so don't be afraid to attend.
