UPDATE: The votes are in and we'll be watching Motorcycle Diaries. Not my first choice, but still a great movie. Any simple ideas for a food or drink that would go along well with the movie? Contact me\leave a message ASAP and I'll speak with the owner of Beans about a special menu for us.

I've been wanting to start a regular movie screening night since the inception of Polyglot Cafe, and am excited to announce that it's finally here!

Beans Cafe will be hosting us and projecting the movie on a large screen. It's a small place so I'll be putting a cap on the number of allowed RSVPs - please RSVP only if you plan on coming and cancel if you change your mind. If they invite us back, I'll make this a more regular event so you'll get another chance to attend.

Beans has delicious sandwiches and a small but reasonably priced menu that changes regularly. Everything I've ever had from the kitchen has been delicious. They also serve beer and wine. We'll may be taking up all of their seats on a Saturday evening, so you're encouraged to order something and support the business. If it works out well, we'd like to be invited back! The meeting will start at 6:30 so you can get a chance to order food and hang out, then the movie will start at 7 or 7:30.

The movie will be in the original language with subtitles in English.
