Presentation at Friendly House by Jeff Seward. He presents a list of his favorite reforms that already exist somewhere in the world or have been seriously proposed and nearly implemented elsewhere. What about the politics of actually choosing these reforms for our own society? Ah, that's a subject for a different presentation.
Jeff has a Ph.D from Stanford. He has had a career in public television as a political reporter, news anchor, and film producer. A retired professor in the Department of Politics and Government at Pacific University, he has presented to us many times in the past

10:05 Open Discussion: 1st Sundays, help choose a topic (Garden Room)
11:30 AfterThoughts: engage the speaker over light snacks. (East Room)
11:45 Occasional classes, discussions, committees: meet until 1:00 PM
12:00 Lunch: at nearby eatery, all are welcome!
