### Discover the Power of Breathwork & Inner Transformation

Breathwork is more than just a tool for relaxation—it’s a gateway to healing, personal growth, and deep self-awareness. In my sessions, I integrate a spectrum of disciplines, drawing from Kundalini, holotropic, and other therapeutic breath practices. Whether you're seeking grounding, emotional release, or heightened clarity, breathwork can help you access new levels of inner connection.

But my work goes beyond breath alone. As a life coach specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and processing limiting beliefs, as well as a trained psychedelic facilitator, I understand how breathwork can serve as both an immediate activation tool and a long-term companion on your healing journey. Breath is the bridge between mind and body, helping you regulate stress, access deeper states of awareness, and work through subconscious blocks.

Our meetups are a space to explore a variety of breathing techniques, engage in guided sessions, and discuss how these practices can support emotional resilience, self-inquiry, and transformation. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with a like-minded community interested in self-discovery, healing, and conscious growth.
