This group is intended to provide fun times and social support for those who have HSV and/or HPV and are in the younger age bracket (18-30 something). We also want to provide an interface to the Portland Area Friends (PAF) Yahoo group so we will be posting most of the yahoo group events and have the organizer of PAF as a member here as well. 

Come meet people in the Portland area who are in the same boat as you are. I'll try and make the events diverse so that as many people can participate in the group as possible. Anyone who is interested in helping set up a meetup or has suggestions can post them to the homepage or an existing meetup.

If you are looking for additional medical advice the Portland Area Friends HELP group is hosted on the first Friday of each month from 7:30-9pm. You can find more details on the Portland Area friends website. This site and other resources are available on the Links and other Resources page.

Tips for privacy settings are in our Group Info forum as is our buddy system where you can find someone to talk to before attending events.  We also have forums for discussing HSV and HPV questions.
