Building a list of meeting places

Hello all! Jenn, our industrious organizer has been hunting for an alternate venue for our next meeting, apparently the Hollywood Library Meeting Room is taken on our day. So, I just thought, why not gather a list of free, and low cost meeting spaces here, on our Discussion board, for future reference?

We are looking for a meeting space that is not too far out of Portland, has easy parking, available morning to afternoon on a weekend, has room for 20 or so people, for 3-4 hours, and won't mind a bit of food and drink as long as we clean up. Tables and chairs are a definite plus. We also need good light, so we can share and discuss our various projects.

We usually meet at the Hollywood Library, but there is also the Belmont, and other various libraries too, but I don't know if they demand public access during the meetings.

We met once at the St. Johns Library, though they did seem a bit put out.

That studio on MLK was AWESOME, do we still have contact with the gentleman that was leasing that?

The Cafe under the Fremont Bridge in NW was fun, but so crowded, it was really hard to hear.

Go ahead and add to this thread if you have some suggestions, the cost and contact person/info if you know it. This should make things easier in the future. :D
