We're new here, so most people are still registering through our website, not meetup, but we look forward to meeting all you new folks!

Positive Internet is a leading Free and Open Software managed hosting and "cloud" services provider. We frequently host Free and Open events to help support and spread the word about the benefits of a Free and Open Internet and the Free and Open software that powers it.

Our events are not sales events, but community and educational events, and usually feature prominent speakers from the Free and Open software community, even the movements leader and Free Software Foundation President, Dr. Richard Stallman (RMS) has spoken at our events.

We also host technical events such as tutorials in programming PHP, Perl, Java, Ruby, etc. and sys admin, particularly Debian and Ubuntu.
