SFPUG July: Dimitri Fontaine & Skytools3

For July, PostgreSQL Major Contributor Dimitri Fontaine will be visiting us. Dimitri is the former head of PostgreSQL France, and has contributed features like Extension and Event Triggers, and contributes to Skytools. He's a consultant for 2ndQuadrant.

Dimitri will the talking about Skytools3, the suite of PostgreSQL scalability tools originally from Skype, including pgbouncer, pgQ and PL/proxy.
