NYC Meditate in Prospect Park & Central Park for Free

I've been thinking for some time about getting a group of people together to practice meditation in the park.

It would be really wonderful to get everyone together. And there is a special beauty about a group of people practicing meditation in the park - especially in New York, the speedy city!

Maybe grab a coffee or tea afterwards and hang out a little bit.

So, let's meet and just take it from there.

Parents with kids are welcome!

And, of course, it's totally free.

A student of Tibetan Buddhism for a long time, I got back from spending a few years in the Himalayas in 2009. Happy to offer a few pointers to help you get started if you’d like.

I had to go to Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries in the Himalayas - you can watch it at home on your laptop!! It's just incredible....

Bring a yoga mat/ blanket + a comfy cushion to sit on cross-legged (or a chair if better for you), and water.

Please wear layers as it may warm up or cool down. Take care.
