Agile Boot Camp - 3 days training (ScrumAlliance certified course)

SCRUM and Agile are relatively young methodologies for software development. Besides the hype and the buzz there is still a lot to learn and even to develop in order to successfully implement SCRUM. Some companies just starting and other just starting to fail.

A fundamental understanding of what change Agile brings and how to cause the change is required in order to turn your organization into a competitive Agile team. From the business functions to the most technical ones, Agile is for the entire organization.

This training provides hands-on experience working with SCRUM. You will learn best practices, participate in simulation, games and tasks that will take you through the complete process of working with SCRUM and the challenges you will need to overcome. The training explores the approaches and introduces practices that really do work. Participants gain a solid understanding of, and experience in, agile and SCRUM iteration through the complete Release and Project Life Cycle.
