A place where Christians who are sci fi fans can come together and discuss sci fi, and support those who creatively express the Gospel thru sci fi books, poems, webisodes, comics, etc.
Also providing support for Christian sci fi writers/ illustrators/ producers/ podcasters & filmmakers!
As a group we will do vendorship at conventions, (both sci fi and Christian events), have video mixers/ screenings and discuss, within the context of our faith, the nature of humanity as expressed thru various sci fi formats.
We will hold Writer's workshops, and share info on how to promote your work, and we will have professionals to share wisdom that will benefit those just breaking into the business.
Even if you don't write we need all Christian sci fi fans to support those anointed to write and share the gospel thru sci fi!
All genres of sci fi/ fantasy are welcomed!
We will also do a variety of 'real science' activities at many of the museums around town, as well as fandom parties!
Spread the word and Come out and join the fun!
If you normally have to enjoy your sci fi alone, well you don't have to anymore,
join our fellowship & let's start the adventure together!

My other meetup is hosting a gift fair with all christian vendors in time for christmas shopping!
If you have sci fi stuff you would like to sell such as your original works, books, paintings, etc this woudl be the place for you. a $10 donation is requested and we will provide you a table and refreshments.
