Seal Point Park. This park has small and big dog sections. "The Seal Point Dog Park is located off of Hwy 101. You take the 3rd Avenue exit East and continue on E. 3rd until it turns into J. Hart Clinton Drive. The park is on the left. When you turn into the park there is a parking lot on the right near the fenced in dog park. Click here to check the Weather.
