The 6-month boycott portion of our campaign at Westland Dog Food Co boycott is coming to an end. We have just four more Saturday protests scheduled in June. Using all of our campaign strategies, we can confidently say we were successful in educating the neighborhood and exposing the pet store.
We not only brought media attention, but turned many puppy shoppers away.
The store responded with counter protests which brought more attention and last weekend they turned on the sprinklers! That is a clear signal that our presence is interfering with them selling puppies. We will be back in the fall!
