Submitting projects to the Python Package Index

On the TamPythonistas mailing list, Bruce and Jason helped me (DanDye) to get my first package submitted to the PyPI (aka The CheeseShop). It wasn't as straightforward as the documentation made it out. Also, when you add integration with SVC like (git, svn, mercurial, etc.) and documentation from Sphinx, it gets even more complicated. We'll look at and work through a few examples.
