Jam Session meetings are intended to be hand-on, collaborative experiences with your fellow PyATL members. We'll be meeting from 7pm to 11pm to work together on whatever projects you feel like. Bring your own hobby projects, bring a work project, bring your new startup idea, whatever you like. Or, if you don't have a project, come along and see what projects others are working on and sit down with them to help them out! Programmers of all experience levels are welcome! JR Rickerson will be there a bit early to help introduce people, organize, and make sure everyone is comfortable. We'll meet at Tom's Folly off Howell Mill. It can be a little easy to miss, just look for the small building with the blue roof.

This month we'll be starting with a short warm up on a Python Challenge puzzle as usual. You can find the Python Challange website here: http://www.pythonchallenge.com/

After the warm up, we'll learn a little about unit tests and try writing a few unit tests with the unittest module:
http://docs.python.org/library/unittest.html

As usual, feel free to work on projects on your own or in small groups if you'd prefer that to the demonstrations, and feel free to ask questions or share your experiences with the group.

Materials for each jam session can be found in the PyATL GitHub repository:
