Introduction to TwistedMatrix framework.

TwistedMatrix is event based asynchronous Internet centric applicationdevelopment framework and toolkit. With readily available implementations ofpopular protocols like HTTP,FTP and SSH and other more exotic things likesupport for IRC, SNMP and other protocols of specific usage, TwistedMatrixsurely has a potential to be a swiss knife for any python developer lookingfor a challenge further than simple dynamic web development.

Unfortunately the core asynchronous concepts of TwistedMatrix have a ratherbumpy learning curve and the idea off returning the flow control to the framework after every simple step might seem intimidating for anyone starting their journey with this excellent framework. Furthermore the lackof simple 'Hello World' style tutorials, doesn't help to address this issueat all. In the presentation I will therefore focus on the core concepts and building blocks for working with TwistedMatrix framework, giving a highlevel getting-started overview mixed with practical examples.
