Some parts of it, yes. The part I've quantified the most is meditation, which I've been tracking on an average minutes per day per quarter-year for many years.
Currently I use a spreadsheet in Google Docs to track meditation and exercise, and an Android app called "Work Time" to track time I spend on several other activities.
I'd like to meet others with similar interests in the Boulder/Denver area and learn more about what people are doing with these kinds of approaches to leading happier, healthier, and more helpful lives.
