I've been tracking myself since 2003, in some form, without knowing that it had a name until recently. I like having data about my life and I'm sad when it's incomplete. I work as an engineer in a hospital, and as a part of my job I help with the tracking of patients and their activities.
I wear a fitbit to track my activity and sleep levels. I track the food that I eat and the money that I spend. I would like to track more outputs, like my mood and my behaviour.
I like tracking what i do and how i do it. I am a biomedical engineer at a hospital in Toronto.
