If you have a self-tracking project, gadget, app, or idea you'd like to share or demo, but you don't want to get up and talk about it, the workshop hour is perfect for you.You don't need to have a prepared talk, just videos of previous QS talks (http://vimeo.com/groups/quantifiedself/videos).
