Yep. I'm tracking everything I spend money on, off/on calorie count, morning weigh-in, and an extensive todo tracking system.
I do weekly summary/analysis of how I've spent the previous week and what I've done to push my goals forward, and goal refocusing at month and yearly intervals. I've done some programming to help automate it, and I'm working on making a web version. It's a motivator, so I'm constantly adjusting it to help push me.
About ten years ago I decided to get organized, and developed a system of goals and tasks. It's evolved over the years to track how well I'm doing. I've done a little programing to help automate the analysis and set up.
