Hello Beautiful Beings!

It was delightful to be with you a couple of Sundays ago sharing experiences and information about many different kinds of cleansing. Remember that your intent is probably the most important part of the cleanse, so choose your path consciously and with love.

Here are a couple of links to help you in your Cleansing plans:

Blog Posting ALL About Cleansing
Covers most and more of what we talked about together

Liver Cleanse
Detailed instructions and pictures from my first results (ew! interesting!)

Colonics
Dennis Pockrus (and his wife Elizabeth) of Tri-Circle Hygiene is where I've gone for colonics and he's awesome. He makes the whole process very comfortable and he's also a wealth of information (be sure to pick his brain while you're hanging out there with him) :)
Dennis flies pretty low under the radar, so just call him to schedule an appointment or learn more: 972-245-5818

Lymphatic Massage
My good friend Doran Rhoads is an expert at lymphatic massage - a very light touch massage that gets your lymph flowing in the right direction (sometimes it goes the wrong way) and clears any blockages built up in the lymph nodes. Great to do while you're on a cleanse to keep ALL your elimination systems working well. Call her to learn more and schedule: 972-491-1835

Zapper
Great for removing parasites, viruses and bacteria. The one we have is The Ultimate Zapper (said in my best radio voice). You can learn more about it and zapping here:

Longevity Now Program
David Wolfe's Longevity Now Program goes into great detail about using specific remedies to dissolve bad calcium (deposits throughout the body), remove parasites, and boost the immune system. This is a wealth of information that takes Hulda Clark's "The Cure For All Diseases" book into updated practical steps for achieving perfect health. If your new to cleansing, you might start with a liver cleanse first, but if you're ready for a more full-on approach, this is a good one. Learn more through David's books and DVD's:

And finally, here are recipes of the cleansing foods we tasted:

Green Lemonade Juice
Here is a rough estimate of the ingredients in the juice we shared:
2-4 apples
1-2 cucumbers
1-2 stalks celery
2-4 Bok Choy
1/4-1/2 a lemon (shave off lemon peel, but leave the white pith)

optional ingredients use one or more for variety of taste, more nutrients and a spicy, warming "kick":
1-5 dark leafy greens like kale, swiss chard or collards
1-2 garlic cloves
1/4-1/2 of a spicy Thai pepper
1-2 inches ginger

Orange Julius Upgraded Juice/Smoothie

Chia Porridge
On a cleanse I make chia pudding without any sweetener or added ingredients - just the coconut milk and chia seeds stirred together into a gel. Here's the recipe for the uber-delicious coconut chia pudding (and if you're on a cleanse, just do the 3.5 cups coconut milk with 1/2 cup chia seeds)

If you're wanting even more support for cleansing, I encourage you to join our Clean Eating, Clean Life group on Facebook for a variety of perspectives and a supportive community:

And of course, I'm here for you. Call or email if you have specific questions or would like a private consultation on how to cleanse or further integrate raw superfoods into your lifestyle.

Much Love!
