Welcome to the Raleigh Recreational Hikers (RRH)! We are a group of hiking enthusiasts who enjoy the outdoors. We have done hundreds of different types of hikes around the triangle area, lots of NC State Park Road Trips plus we even have social gatherings. RRH is a wonderful group of people and we would be delighted to have you join us.
A couple of our rules: Please read the "About Us" section and answer the profile questions before asking to join or participating in any RRH events. This will help everyone get to know you better. I will NOT approve any membership request if you have not answered ALL the RRH profile questions plus we also ask that you provide a current picture. This is for your safety as well as the other members of RRH. Hiking and outdoor activities can be dangerous and we want everyone to understand the rules.
Many of our events are "over-subscribed." That means more people want to attend than the organizer believes can be safely accommodated. If your plans change and you CAN'T make it, PLEASE update your RSVP.
We are an ALL VOLUNTEER group which does not collect ANY dues or fees but we appreciate donations!!
