I have a few years of experience, from the AT in Maine to 14ers in Colorado. I love a good moderate strenuous hike. The continental divide in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado is probably my favorite spot to date.
I'm open to all types of hike but my experience has been day hikes to overnight treks.
I'm definitely looking to finish the AT - over the course of many years that is- and perhaps some international treks.
Quandary peak was a short, strenuous hike that ranks among my more difficult. The lack of oxygen and height were likely the culprits making it so difficult.
Perhaps after some experience with the group I would feel confident.
Hey! I am looking for some fun hiking through all four seasons.
