I've been hiking on-and-off for 15+ years, mostly in New Hampshire. Nearly 6 full rounds of the NH48 (almost 2 in winter), NHW4K, NE4K & NEHH finisher. I've hiked and backpacked a bit in California and Arizona as well (Mount Whitney, Grand Canyon, etc)
I mostly do dayhikes, but like to do short backpack trips when possible. I've done a few bushwhacks, depending on the mood I can enjoy them ;) I typically do around 10-15 miles with 3-5k elevation gain per day (both days of a weekend normally), makes the drive worth it.
I'm always up to something. I try to do a full round of the NH48 each year, add some red lining, and am trying to do more weekend backpacking. I have no problems repeating hikes/peaks but do love hiking new areas/trails.
Full moon night-time Presidential Traverse (Madison->Pierce), which was also the best hike I've ever done!
I currently lead for another hiking Meetup group.
I'm a 4-season hiker who loves to get out into the mountains.
