Introduction

The concept of doing something altruistic in nature with like-minded peers is always appealing to me. To be able to do different things for various agencies is fantastic!

What Kristana is saying about this Meetup Group

It's a great vehicle to get informatin out to potential volunteers who may not want a full-time commitment to ONE group. This way volunteers have many short-term options to get involved with various agencies and do a variety of different things. This is a great way to learn more about agencies that are in Dallas and it helps to get a taste of each of them if someone is looking to get involved with one agency specifically in a long term capacity.
