Spring Fruitluck Party!

  • Apr 20, 2013 · 3:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Just like what it sounds like. Bring whatever fresh raw ripe organic fruits you like, or any low-fat high-carb raw vegan homemade dish. Keep it simple, remember fresh is best :)
And no nutloaf please! ;) We don't want everyone to be too full to eat the abundance of fruits that nature has for us. Bring fun and friends and love and whatever else you find awesome.
Of course you can bring what you love to eat and prepare, but for this potluck we want to enjoy raw foods the purest way possible, in their whole, delicious form.
This is a list of ingredients that are not allowed at this potluck, and if you "accidently" put them into your food PLEASE label your ingredients: Honey (not vegan), Braggs Amino Acids(MSG), fermented vegetables (not truly raw), raw miso (fermented), Nama Shoyu, any kind of vinegar (not a natural ingredient), liquid smoke, kelp noodles, nutritional yeast (again MSG), toasted sesame oil, any refined oils, *excessive* use of nuts/seeds, seaweeds, pickled vegetables, agave nectar, cacao, items containing gluten, and really anything that comes in a package or a bottle. Coconut Secret products are okay in moderation. Please bring a label that lists all the ingredients you use. Thank you for understanding. Please comment if you have any allergies, and please ask if you have any questions.

There are SO many amazing fresh fruits and vegetables that are of course encouraged for this meetup, so feel FREE to get creative!

We want this to be a fresh welcoming of Spring, and we invite you to our home in gratitude for this opportunity to come together for such a fantastic thing as fruit. We might even do a little dancing ;)

See you there :)
