Meeting Description: Beginning Raw Food Class -- taught by a certified Living on Live Food teacher (me!)
This is a popular six-hour class that covers everything from breakfasts through desserts (including smoothies, pates, wraps, soups, pastas, sauces, salad dressings, desserts). I deliberately keep the classes small so that everyone can try their hand at making the dishes while also getting their individual questions answered. You'll also receive a certificate of completion from Alissa Cohen that will certify you as having been trained as a home raw food chef! (http://www.alissacohen.com
