Raw Food Potluck The 3rd Sunday of Every Month @ 5 PM

This is a family event, so bring the kids. If you are interested in raw foods and new to recipes, just bring a basic salad or a fruit platter. Anything that comes out of a jar or can is not raw. We want to use raw nuts, raw seeds and fresh fruits and vegetables. There are lots of raw food recipe websites and you can check out raw food books at the library. There are lots of simple raw food recipes, so give it a try. We are not strict vegans and we have no issues with using honey. It is important to know what is in your recipes to share for those that have food sensitives or allergies.
