RAW FOOD POTLUCK with David Wolfe Friday, May 6, 2011

We are pleased to be offering David Wolfe for an entire weekend event. Friday night will be a meet and greet with David Wolfe. He will be giving a 30 minute talk. Doors open at 7 pm. Talk starts at 8 pm.

Please bring a raw food dish, your own eating utensils, plate, water, napkin, etc.

This is a raw vegan potluck. No cooked or packaged foods. Just fresh fruit, produce, nuts and seeds in their raw form, not roasted. Honey is okay. No sugar, flours, etc. Go to our website www.rawfoodcalgary.com for recipe ideas.
