Are you new to the Raw Food Diet? Do you want to learn how to make delicious raw foods? Learn how to be creative with food and make delicious raw food with no heat, no stove and no animal products.
We will learn how to make a delicious Miso Noodle Soup, Pasta Primavera, Avocado Stuffed Mushrooms, Flax-Celery Veggie Wrap, Caesar Salad, Eggless Egg Salad with Crackers, Chocolate Pie, Berry Cobbler and more!
You will learn the basics of raw food, how to stock your pantry, what equipment you will need and how to adapt with the equipment you do have. Learn proper handling of produce, where to buy and how to get started. Class is 4 hours. Please bring your own fork, spoon, plate, bowl and napkin for class participation and sampling of all foods.
All foods are organic and of the highest integrity.
