Sunflower sundried-Tomatoe pate(Tina Glecier)
1 cup soaked sunflowers seeds
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
2 Tablespoons water
1table fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teas salt
blend well till creamy.
chewy Chocale freezer fudge(Tina Glecier)
2 cups almonds
1/4 cocoa powder or carb(I use some both)
1/2+2Tablespoons honeyor maple syrup(I use only 2 tablespoon honey didnt look at receipe well so mine was crumbly)
2 tespoon vanillia
1 tespoon sea salt
blend well put in square or rectangle container and freeze.
Corn and Cabage(alice Harper)
3 cups fresh corn kernels
3 cups red cabbage
2 Tables fresh lemon
2 Tables Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon Braggs or 2 tespoons Nama Shoyu or Tamari(sea salt work too with water)
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon(optional)
combine everthing mixing bowland marinate for a hour.
sea weed salad(Mae)
sea weed (frozen)presoak,marinated in lemon juice
carrots,red peppers sliced thinly
seasoning seame oil,seasoning lemon vinegar
crushed red pepper,ginger powder,agavenectar,black pepper,black seasme,chopped cilantro.
1 head califlower florets.
1 jar of farmhouse sauerkraut smoked jalapeno
sesoning lemon vinegar,crushed red pepper.SPICY!
Organic cucumber slices
hummus(gluteen free garbanzo beans,tahini,garlic,salt,seasoning.
chopped peppers on top!

Raw Cacco tuffles(Naomin made this but Loren VanBenthen receipe)
1/2 cup carob powder
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 t.sea salt
1 tesp vanillia bean powder
1 cup walnute
1 cup pecans
1/2 coconut oil
1 cup honey or agave(she use honey)
3 tablespoon maple syrup
seasame seeds quick choaclte cookie balls(naomi shared this receipe )
2 cups walnuts soak 4 hours or more
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup cocnut oil
1/4 cup rawcccao(choalte
use s balde food processor.Finely grind cacao alone.add nuts process well.add agave coconut oil process agin.form into balls refridgerator.(optinal add peppermint oilor chocalte mint!
