Whether you're an experienced raw foodie, or simply curious about how raw and living foods can create more energy and health in your life, Raw Maine is a place to connect. We welcome raw foodists of all varieties - from 100% to whatever %, vegans, "beegans", or raw dairy enthusiasts! We are a dogma-free zone: let's share what works for us and appreciate the diversity of what works for others.

This group strives to have a monthly raw vegan potluck (to include everyone!). We will also bring in guest speakers from time to time.

November's Raw Maine potluck is tackling that age-old issue: how to thrive (not just survive!) during the holidays. Bring your favourite holiday-themed dish and let's chat about some techniques we use to thrive!

Please bring a raw vegan dish to share and come in comfy clothes. Additional guests are welcome! Fresh local spring water, iced and hot herbal tea, dishes, cutlery, etc. will be provided. Read more

“I've been eating partly raw for about 2 years. Though I eat almost no meat, I'm by no means vegan, as I have goats and use the raw milk in kefir, yogurt, and cheese. I don't really understand why most raw foodists are vegan--oh, well.”
