We're running our first Meetup!

Investors Beat - Massachusetts Community is the first Meetup of it's kind dedicated to providing news, education and inspiration to real estate investors.

In the 6 months since launch, we have published 100+ articles and profiled many businesses and real estate entrepreneurs in the local area. We’ve grown to 400+ Facebook fans and reached 1000+ followers on Twitter. We’re pretty excited about the next 6 months.

We would really love to see you at our upcoming event to celebrate with you!

This month, we also have Dan Botwinik of Cougar Capital Management as our guest speaker. Dan has made a full time career in property investing by syndicating deals to purchase and redevelop distressed apartment buildings throughout Massachusetts.

Since buying his first apartment building in 2008, Dan has been the principal on 50+ transactions and operates 333 units in 15 LLCs. He built a property management company to service these apartments, and his construction arm oversees the redevelopment of assets. Dan holds his Unrestricted Construction Supervisor license and is also a licensed deleader and real estate broker in MA.
