Woohoo! Thanks to the generosity of Environments for Humans, Refresh Detroit has a meeting room ticket for this week's Responsive Web Design Summit online conference.

What this means: you have the opportunity to learn about responsive web design from leading experts in the field in a comfortable conference room in the western suburbs of Detroit. For free. (You're responsible for your own lunch & drinks.)

I've attended many of the Environments for Humans online conferences; they're outstanding! E4H brings in well-known web leaders from around the world to speak on their area of expertise. This week's conference is Tuesday through Thursday, each day devoted to a specific topic.

  • Tuesday: Performance
  • Wednesday: Strategy
  • Thursday: Technical

Some of the speakers that will be presenting are: Trent Walton (Paravel), Estelle Weyl (Author of HTML5 and CSS3 in the Real World), Ben Callahan (The Sparkbox Foundry), Jenifer Hanen (Black Phoebe) , Dan Mall (Super Friendly), Tim Brown (Adobe Typekit), Jen Simmons (The Web Ahead).

We know it's short notice and space is limited at the venue. You'll need to register fast. Want to attend? Reach out to organizer Deborah Edwards-Onoro via
